Under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) Capacity Building is a fundamental pillar designed to empower municipal functionaries and ensure the professional management and timely completion of urban projects
Capacity Building Plan consists of two strategic interventions
“Individual Capacity Building & Institutional Capacity Building”
Enhancing functional knowledge, improving job-related skills & changing the attitude of the ULB functionaries through demand driven training, workshops, seminar, research works, documentation, etc.
Improving institutional outcomes such as accountability and transparency, service delivery, citizen empowerment, resource mobilization, etc.
