URBAN REFORMS
UNDER AMRUT 2.0

Mission has a reform agenda on focusing on improving the financial health of ULBs, water security of cities,  and the ease of living of citizens by improving the delivery of municipal services. In order to encourage the ULBs to implement the reforms, AMRUT 2.0 incentivises the successful implementation of a set of reforms for better delivery of citizen-centric services and the financial health of the ULBs. 

Incentive for Reforms will be 8% of the Project’s Central Assistance Allocation.

Successful implementation of reforms will be incentivised.
